The smooth change of seasons, from winter into spring, brings nature in uncertainty spring snow or sun. Mystifying landscapes and breathtaking views from sunrises and sunsets. The fjords are beautiful this season.
But there are also snowstorms and rainy days. The rivers and streams fill up with water. Melting snow, fresh rain, freezing air but pure and clean. Everywhere you hear the sound of water.
Spring means the end of natures hibernation. The plants explodes out of the earth. In the beginning of this season you can still make beautiful cross country skiing trips to one of the tops of a Vesteralen mountain. Your efforts will be rewarded by a breathtaking view. These beautiful views and the intensely silence will reset your mind.
Ski season (down hill and cross country)lasts well into Easter. Afterwards the activities move towards the fjords.
